My Sims 4 will not launch
I bought the Sims 4, and I own the game. The game is telling me that I have to have Origin in order to play my game. I have downloaded the EA app and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my game will not launch. The Origin app keeps saying that I have to be online, and I am online. I can't log in to clear the cache, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin app, and nothing is working. I don't want to uninstall the Sims 4, and have to reinstall the game. I'm frustrated and extremely furious with Electronic Arts, and I can't play my game. I'm am in tears and crying because your company doesn't care about your customers. Electronic Arts has ruined my Sims 4 experience, and I can't play my Sims 4 game, and the recent update to the base game has completely corrupted my game, and I can't play my game, period. I have done all I can, and followed multiple directions to fix my game. I hope you fix this problem soon, and I am considering legal action and recourse against Electronic Arts. Please fix this problem ASAP because I have been crying because I can't play my Sims 4 game. I've lost so much in my life in the past year, and the Sims 4 was the one bright spot in my life. I have been playing The Sims game franchise since it's beginnings in 2001. Please fix the Sims 4 game ASAP.
