Can't interact with objects or other Sims in Sims 4

I can't interact with anything in my Sims 4 game during gameplay mode. Build mode and create a sim are fine. Just when I go to actually play the game, I can't do anything. I've tried uninstalling and...

    Hi @crinrict,
    I’m not using any mods/ccs. I just have the base game and two expansion game packs.

      Did it ever work ?

      What symptoms are you seeing in detail ? Do you not get any option to interact with objects or do Sims not do what told ?

        The game has never worked. I don’t get any option to interact with any objects.
