Can't launch Sims 4 after reinstalling/CC problems

I downloaded loads of Custom Content yesterday and put them in the mods folder, but after doing so, i couldn't launch game. I realised soon after that it was because there were some bad CC that i dow...

I can confirm that after reinstalling it the 2nd time, it's still not working...PLEASE HELP!

    Please remove CC/Mods and try starting the game again.

    You should be able to remember where you installed it to but anyway here is the default path:

    Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods

      I can't remove them cause i can't find the folders. If i remember correctly, the folders don't show up until i've launched the game properly, which i can't...

        They were created by your earlier install. A reinstall will not have deleted them.
