Summarize your bug I can't launch The Sims 4. If I click on the game, EA app just open and that's all. I tried to uninstall Sims, run it as administrator, restart app, clear cache, ending the EA and EA Background Service processes in the task manager, but nothing changes. It's like an endless loop, when I click "play" EA app just reloads.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to launch Sims 4 on EA app. I don't know, maybe I'm the only one with this bug, or it only happens with the Sims 4.
