cant launch sims 4

i have been trying to get my sims 4 to work for about 5 months now and nothing i have try is working. the game has uninstalled itself and i thought it was down to low space so i cleared aches and deleted things from my pc, that didn't work i have updated my pc, origin and sims 4. still nothing worked i then bought a hard drive and transferred everything over to that i even changed  the save place in origin. every time i try to download the game it says finalizing and the goes off and hasn't downloaded it. does anyone know work to fix this.
