Can't launch the game with DX11 tag

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Hey, so i recently found out that i could run the game on DX11 and i tried getting it to work via the tag -dx11 in ea app and on the game's icon shortcut, but no success.
Tried getting in contact with several agents and one thing solved it: Creating a new admin user in my win11 system.
However that isn't a practical solution since i can't play with my default windows account.
Before that tried reinstalling c++, changing permissions on folders, changing admin executions and more stuff, but no success.

@ivenqtron1c Is the attached error what you see when you try to run Sims 4 with DX11 in your main Wnidows account? If not, let me know what you do see—I'm not clear on whether the game launches but in DX9 mode or doesn't open at all.
I'm curious whether other command line arguments would work. You could try -w to force the game to open in windowed mode, or disabling a single pack:

Please also let me know whether your main account is an admin account, and what flavor of Windows you're running, i.e. 10 or 11, Home/Pro/Education etc.
Sims 4 will switch to DX11 as the default soon, as far as we've heard. So this is a temporary problem, if you decide it's too much trouble to fix.
