So I just tried downloading the save file again, but instead of renaming it, I put on the save folder exactly how it is. And it worked! I had to delete a file with the same name for it to work, but at least it's in my game now.
@hatedsprite Please list the full file path to the saves you've downloaded from elsewhere. If you're looking at one of the files, you can see the file path in the address bar, above the list of files and folders.
Please also load the game to the Main Menu, click Load Game, and hover over the folder icon underneath the other info for one of your saves. That shows the file location where that save is stored, and that's also where the saves you've downloaded need to go.
Thanks for replying, but I already put the downloaded save file in the save folder. I know it's one of the steps, and that was the first thing I did. I've done everything necessary and still it doesn't appear in game. If I click "Load Game" it won't be there, as if I haven't done anything. :/
