@Diva2690 Are you still unable to play? If so, please test in a clean user folder: move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can start a new save and play in live mode for a bit. Let me know either way.
yes I’m still unable to play,I was able to load into the game but I couldn’t actually play.Once the new patch updated I am now unable to play at all my sims game won’t load at all.
@jacqlinew What happens when you press Play? Please also try playing in a clean user folder.
