Can't Log In

It has been more than a blue moon since I've logged into the game. I don't have the EA pay platform, I bought and installed/downloaded the game. Now neither EA or clicking the Sims 4 will load my game. Unless the "Window's gods" deleted my content, why am I having this issue?

The error I get is app failed to launch, couldn't connect to servers ec: 10005
go offline doesn't work either.

I stopped using ea as they charged for a game I already owned
