Can't Make New Years Resolution? No Social Bunny Followers?

Is anyone lately running into an issue where you click on the Sim to make a resolution for NYE and no prompt appears? The game seems to work otherwise except also that my Sims can't seem to get their follow count to appear on Social Bunny even though they're active and other apps say they have a lot of followers.

I play on PC and have tried repairing the game and deleting the cache files to no avail.
