Can't Move in Sims 4

I'm trying to play my game. It will let me log on, and switch houses, but when I try to move the screen around with my mouse, it won't let me! I can't see where my sims go, what they do, anything. It's super frustrating, since I used to play this game at least once a week!

The camera options are struggling to cooperate in general. When I zoom out I'm practically in the next lot, and when I zoom in I'm through the sim.

My sims are also struggling healthwise, and I can't do anything to take care of them!

Please help!
