can't move/copy+paste sims 4 folder, can't launch the game

I've been having this issue for about 3 days now; I can't launch the game. Every time I do I get an error message saying there was an "initialization error" (attatched). I've tried SO many fixes and ...

    @jpkarlsen I thought that could be the case but I already tried that multiple times and it hasnt made a difference... unless I have some security software that I don't even know about blocking the game, because I only changed Windows Security since it's the only one I think I have.

      @saikikugou   Yoou might want to check out this post - sims 4 error   Make sure the game is allowed through firewall.

        @roberta591 No luck for me. Maybe I'm missing something simple but I've followed the steps and it hasn't changed a thing.
