Can't place rooms/lots from gallery

Since the new update (1.30.105.1010) I can place one lot or room from my gallery onto the lot within build mode but when I go to place another lot or room on a different lot, it no longer allows me t...

    I tried many different things and in the end the only thing that worked was deleting all my saves and redoing it all, which is a pain but luckily I have backups of all my content and houses. But thank you for replying to me.

    Could you give me the exact step you do and what happens when you place the lots ?

    I've tried a few and had no issues.

    Have you also tried a fresh save ?

        Hi I'm having this issue as well. I can't place lots or rooms.. I've tried repairing my game, restarting my game and origin, and starting a new game. Nothing works I can download the lot or room fine but I can't place them... and I'm not getting an error message either.. also deleting my saves doesn't do anything.
