can't play after download
I downloaded Sims 4 on the EA app and can see it in my download manager, but the "play" button is grayed out. Why? Do I have to do something else in order to play?

@lexishae10 Have you tried restarting your computer yet? If not, please do so now. You can also look for a Play button next to Sims 4 under Installed Games. The button only appears if you hover over the game title itself.
