Complete crash in CAS

Hello,

Sometimes when I'm in CAS creating a family my game completly crash (so fast i can't do anything). I'm just back at my desktop with only EA app open. 

In result, I'm not able to save while I'm creating sims and lost all my progress... It's very frustrating.

I really don't know what triggers this complete crash as it happen so randomly. And I don't have any popup telling me what happen.
