@roberta591 Hi thanks for replying. I can't find a repair option in the EA app. I know where it was in Origin, but in the EA app the closest thing seems to be app recovery>clear cache.. which I have tried several times.
I'm not able to have both Origin and the EA app installed and usable at the same time. Installing the EA app automatically uninstalls Origin.

@grv0eczqztr9 to repair in the EA app, click the game in your installed games (make sure not to auto-start it!)
Then click manage. In the drop-down there should be your repair option.
it's a bit weird it uninstalls though, I still have both programs on my pc.

- 3 years ago@DeanXeL Thanks for the reply. The game is not appearing in my "installed games". It only appears in "my collection". There are three dots in the top right of the icon, when I click this I see the word "Loading" which is greyed out, and an option to "manage add ons". If I click manage add ons a list of all the DLC I have bought pops up with the word "Loading" greyed out next to each one.
- 3 years ago@grv0eczqztr9 Check puzzlezaddict's comment, if they are greyed out, a cache clear can also help you. (Also, if you've recently installed the app, make sure it has an exception in your antivirus)
