@puzzlezaddict Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm unable to launch through Origin. I had been able to until last night when I was forced to switch to the EA app, which automatically uninstalled Origin.
@grv0eczqztr9 Some people can still reinstall Origin, with the EA App still present and both apps will work. (Some are stuck with the EA App for whatever reason.)
If you can't run Sims 4 even after repairing as described, please let me know whether you can in fact still use Origin. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
