Can't play Sim 4 anymore. What does it mean by "Can't run with video card...?"

I bought my game about a year ago, and until today, it has been working fine. The last time I played it was about a month ago (maybe a little less). Since then my game, computer, and Origin has gone through some updates (I'm thinking this might have something do due with the issue). Today, when I tried to play it, a pop up came up that says, "Can't run the Sims 4 with this game card in the system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications, and that the drivers are updated."

I looked around for others who had the same problem. Most were saying to "Turn off Origin In-game". I tried that, but it didn't work.

Others were saying to update AMD. To the best of my understand, I tried that as well. I went on the site, and downloaded the newest version, but it didn't work.

I have no idea what to do now. I can't afford a new computer, and I don't understand why it suddenly doesn't work when it worked just fine not too long ago.

Please! Someone help me with this issue.
