Can't press play on Sims 4

Friday night I played Sims 4 and it was working perfectly fin but yesterday, Saturday night I tried playing and the "Play" button and it was all grayed out and I couldn't press on it. I have tried ev...

Hi there,

I've just had this problem. It was really frustrating but I've managed to fix it.

I went to the top of the origin page, clicked origin, clicked exit. It said I shouldn't close the app with a game open. Did it anyway and it's sorted it for me!

Really hope this helps someone.
