Missing some Expansion Packs from my list as well as Game Packs also Stuff Packs

I am missing a huge chunk of these that I purchased. I know I have all the stuff packs yet it is saying I'm missing four of them.  It says I'm missing 2 of the Game Packs yet one came out in 2016 and I know I purchased it and the other one is the Dream Home Decorator that came out in 2021.  I'm missing Life and Death, Love Struck, Business and Hobbies, For Rent, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle. I know I played with these packs, I've had vets, and the world that has green living on one side and University, I only haven't gotten the last two expansion packs as I haven't played in a while. I would like to get these back in my library. I refuse to buy them... again.

Before it's suggested that I am simply logged into the wrong account, I am not. I've tried to find the orders and billing tab but there isn't one to be found. I have it set up through PayPal but I doubt their history goes that far back. I'm beyond annoyed.

    OK so I found the link on Marketplace about the packs(I saw it suggested on another's post), it says I have them there... and they are all active. Yet the app is saying they are not in my library. this is kind of confusing.  Sorry it's been a while since I've been on this game.

    Hey Sylverfoxgrrl​, 

    Sorry to hear that some of the packs you've purchased in the past aren't appearing.

    If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection, do you see any of the packs you're missing there as 'Deactivated?' If so, you'll need to select them and reactivate them to have them show up in-game again.  

    You can access your order history page through this link. For any of the packs that aren't appearing in the My Collections tab, please take a look and see if you can locate them in your order history. If a pack can't be found there, then there's a high chance you have another EA account that purchased those specific packs.

    In that case, please check your email address(es) for receipts to locate your account credentials or linked email address. It'd also be best to contact live support so they can look into the account with you and check account entitlements, as we aren't able to do so here on the forums.
