Can't redeem product code
i downloaded the sims 4 game on my pc months ago. i now have a mac and i would like to start playing sims 4 again, i logged into my origin account and the game doesn't appear to be in my game library...

You fix it by logging in to the account you bought the game on (try using the email used instead of your username) then you will find it in the game library in origin.
