I bought and installed the cottage living expansion pack and it says its installed however it doesnt appear when I log into the game and it says that im missing the pack yet it says its installed?!
GatorL1bs Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair OR Steam > Sims 4 > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files). Then see whether Cottage Living shows up.
If this doesn't help, please let me know where you bought it (from EA, from Steam, through a third party) and whether you've installed the Sims 4 base game through the EA App or Steam.
