Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system

I wanted to relax and just build houses and decorate them, but no. My Sims 4 keeps giving me the same error message, even after trying everything that I can think of that would have fixed it. All drivers are up to date, so that should not be an issue. My GPU should be more than enough to run the game, considering I am using a GTX 1060 at the moment. But it still gives me the following message:
