Can't run The Sims 4 with the video in this system

 I have a NVIDIA graphics card/Intel chip dual systems, i changed the game to run on high performance but i still get the same error. This is my dxdiag:  http://pastebin.com/27hRcsuh. Please help, ...

    Did you see my suggestion to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them ?

    (not install over but uninstall them first)

    EDIT: Could you also try what happens if you start the game through the Nvidia Experience. Sims 4 should be listed there now.

There's a few people having issues with this error although they have a card that's adequate. I'm unsure what's going on.

  • Did it never work for you ?
  • If not, what made it stop working ?

Last idea I have to uninstall the Nvidia drivers and reinstall them.

    I manage to get sims 4 to work through nvidia experience.
