My Sims3 camera cannot be controlled

I need help, I have not been able to control my camera, it just starts moving on its own and will not stop. I have not been able to play for weeks. How do I stop the camera from moving on its own so I can play, I have tried ending the game and restarting multiple times but, nothing I have tried has worked, I would appreciate any advice/help that I can get

lmh865 Do you still need help with this? If so, please let me know whether the Sims 4 camera works normally. Even if you don't like using it, this is an informative test.
