cant select skin color since update

Question

hiya!since the latest update (version 1.69.59) i cant edit my sims skin tone. when i am in the cas mode, everything works fine, but when i go to live mode all my sims get this weird white skin color, which i didnt select.at first i thought it had to do something with the fact that i used custom skin colors, so i deleted those mods. and it still didnt work. i disabeled all mods, and moved the folder to a different location and again, this didnt work. i tried reinstalling the game without mods, and at a first glance it seemed to work.as it turns out, i can only use the 'preselected' skin tone in cas. if i try to select one myself it wont show up int live mode. as far as i know i have tried everything to fix it, but it still doesnt work.id be very happy if someone could help me out!thanks in advance!-nick

@crystaldad413  Is that on a new folder now without putting anything back ?

@crinrict&nbsp;this is what my cas looks like when starting a brand new game in a new folder&nbsp;and when i select a different skin tone and leave cas it looks like the second picture, again this is the exact same sim, same game, i just selected a different skintone (not the superpale one fyi)

@crystaldad413  have you tried a game repair ? I take it it doesn't matter from which section you select it always reverts to the first warm ?
