What kind of mouse are you using ? Do you have another one lying around you could try ?
This issue has also now started for me.
I use Sims 3 Camera - and have done since the Sims 4 was released. Yesterday I was playing away, happily using my middle mouse button for tilt then boom! It stopped!
I have repaired the game using Origin, I have started a brand new game (moved all files out) and started fresh but the issue is still there. The issue is NOT my mouse (using the wheel in the Sims 4 still allows me to zoom) and it still works in other games.
Any one found an actual fix? Because holding the CTRL key and pressing right mouse button is really frustrating.
@korinalea could you check if the Sims 3 camera option is still turned on in the options menu?
Edit: If it is, and it's still an issue, could you make your own post on the forum?
