That is odd .. but if you look at the other thread .. it's an odd issue.

    Hi @HannahBerry10

    I'm moving this to the tech forum as you got your buy menu back.

    I'm unsure on the tinker. This might actually only be available on the scientist career for Sims 4 .. maybe someone else remembers.

    Yes, Tinker is only available in the scientist career.
