Can't travel on vacation. Map pop up continuously.

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? Version 1.66.139.1020...

I am having the same issue. Was there ever a solution? I tried to steps listed above and it still isn't working. I just keep looping through map screens. I have never used any mods.

@EdyEdith Are you getting any error messages ? Did you repair your game yet ?

    No error messages, just continuous cycling of maps. Issue still not resolved. At this point I just want to get a refund on island adventure :/

    @EdyEdith Does it work on a different save or do you have it on all saves ?

    For refunds, you'll need to contact custom support

    It is all saved. I have never had it work.

    @EdyEdith Are you playing on PC or Mac ?

    Do you have both outdoor retreat and jungle adventure and does it happen for both or do you just have jungle adventure ?

    Have you also tried reinstalling the pack ?

    PC and I have both. Outdoor retreat worked until I downloaded jungle adventure and now both don't work. I'll try an uninstall and let you know.
