I want to talk about something you don't mention above: Downloading Packs
How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I can't use the game pack I bought.
How is this making it more difficult? This should be obvious.
How can we reproduce this experience? N/A
So I bought the Vampires Pack and it is saying I need to download to use. I have looked everywhere on my Sims 4 game and my Origin. I can't figure out how to do this. Help?
I moved your post to the Sims 4 board.
@kalmiasims Close the game and restart Origin. New packs should automatically download and install if you activated (or bought) the pack through Origin.
That's the problem, though: I did that. It didn't download. I can't make any vampire sims or use the stuff that came with the pack.
