Can't visit Granite Falls Park

I am having an issue with Outdoor Retreat.  I am able to rent homes, but when I try to visit Granite Falls Park, I am kicked out into the neighborhood map (not the campground)  I try and load the rental home, only to be kicked back into the neighborhood map again.  I have tried checking for updates, repairing the game, moving the save file to the desktop and deleting old saves.  I'm at a loss as to what I can do to fix this issue.  I have no generic lots or mods.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
