CAS background stuck white

I've never asked a question here so I'm not sure how this works, but my Sims 4 CAS background has been stuck white for a few months now and I don't know how to fix it. I only have 1 CAS background in my mods folder. I have blob remover as well. I have deleted my tray and configurations and restarted the game to get new ones. It is very frustrating. Does anyone have an idea what I should do?
