Game keeps crashing

Ever since I downloaded the recent update from 7/1, my game keeps crashing within a few minutes of starting it up. I’ve done the following to try and resolve it:

-Cleared the cache on the EA app

-Repaired the game through the EA app

-Install the latest graphics driver

-Check my PC disk space

-Run the game as an administrator

-Run the game on Windows view

 

But nothing has worked, and it keeps crashing within a few minutes of trying to do anything on the game! I waited 4 months to get back into the game since the issue with autonomous romantic interactions happened with the Royalty & Legacy pack. Now I can’t play the game at all!

I have never downloaded mods or cc, and I have all kits and packs except for Enchanted by Nature and Adventure Awaits. Other than the free kits offered on Marketplace, I don’t have any other Makers kits.

My version is 1.125.59.1030 DX11

I’ve also attached a picture of the notification I get when the crashes occur. My PC isn’t really old either (maybe 3 years old, at most).

    SmilesTheHobbit​  Does this happen in a new save too?  Please test for comparison's sake, with human (not occult) sims in one of the base game worlds.

    If the new save crashes, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    If the new save is fine, try moving your main household in your existing save to a new lot in a different world, just as a test.  You can also try playing different sims in the same save.
