CAS crashing

CAS crashes every time I exit. I removed all mods and deleted localthumbcashe and it's still happening. Tried on a new save, did not crash upon initial character creation but if I went in to edit that new sim or any other sim it crashes. Saves that existed prior to update also do this. This began after most recent update. I see other people had a similar issue 3-4 months ago and it was determined to be mod issues, but as I mentioned this is still happening with no mods on my game.
