CAS glitching after update

My CAS doesn't work after I installed a new update. It seems people have had a similar problem in the past but whereas they've all been able to see the sim but nothing else mine doesn't even have the...

    @1moreroundok  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@aprilllou  Please remove your entire Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Test a new save in this new folder, and let me know how things look.
