CAS Icon and Tab Glitch

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Cats and Dogs, Get To Work, Get Together, City Living Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure Stuff Packs: Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Spooky Stuff, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Kids Room Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Toddler Stuff, My First Pet Stuff, Laundry Day, Fitness Stuff, Bowling Night
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? The gender tabs are not able to be chosen and they look sliced off. Also my cc color swatches have green and white squares on them.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the color swatches without the green and white squares and I expect to see the genders perfectly clear
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch was either when Cats and Dogs came out or when Jungle Adventure came out, I can't remember completely

HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHY MY GAME IS LIKE THIS

     Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    HI @janiyyah53

    This issue is usually caused by mods, namely UI mods.

    Make sure they are all updated to work with the latest patch.

    Thanks for the help 🙂 I appreciate it. But the thing is I went to see my UI mods and I deleted it to get the newest update and it was STILL messed up ☹️. Now what?

    Hey, idk if this will help anyone else with this issue but the mod that caused me to have the same problem is the more CAS colums mod

    I love you. I actually can't. I spent 5 months looking for why my game was glitching out. So thank you. Thank you very much. You saved my sim life.

    If you have the more colums mod, its probably cause its outdated the same thing happend to me and i searched on the internet and found that it might be because of an outdated more columns mod.

    @janiyyah53 What I did to solve this, is update my CAS 4 column mod and my UI Cheats Extension mod. Once I opened my game, everything was back to normal!
