CAS is still so slow

Hello, I can get to and from CAS, however, it is still extremely slow. This is a bug that needs to be fixed.

    @SimSeeker  Does this happen with no mods or custom content present?  It's not a bug if it only happens in the presence of mods and/or cc.

Hello,

I am taking out some of my mods as much as possible and corrected some duplicates and all. But my game has been very slow lately, not just getting into CAS, but it stops, and lags. When I click on a sim, it takes about a minute for the menu to show up.

I am also wondering if I should take out some files in my tray folder to make it run faster?
