CAS not loading

@exquiZite1920  Have you removed your entire Mods folder and deleted localthumbcache.package?  If not, please try it now.

If that doesn't help, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether you can get into and out of CAS in a new save.

If you still get a white screen when entering CAS even in the clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
