If I spend too long in CAS, the screen either goes completely white or just crashes altogether. When the screen goes white, I still hear CAS music, and the cursor still moves, but I have to use Task Manager to close out the sims. I've been having to make my sims little by little, saving between each time. It takes forever and is very annoying! I don't use CC or mods, and I've already tried deleting mods folder, and onlinethumbnailcache folder. Nothing works!
meatball453 Your dxdiag lists a couple of crashes of the graphics driver, and the Sims 4 errors could also be related to the driver. Since your version is from 2021, it may help to simply update to the newest version from Intel, which you can get here:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play. If you get an error when trying to install the driver (it's compatible, but some proprietary software can block it), use this workaround:

meatball453 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
