Cats + Dogs Expansion Pack Won’t Load in Game No Matter What I Do!

I just got the expansion pack today & i redeemed the code. It downloaded fine & it shows up in my “add-ons” but in the actual game, nothing shows up. not just the animals. nothing related to the pack...

Oh no it still hasn’t worked. I’m not sure why. In the game it says it’s downloaded but there’s still nothing there.

@evicopperfield  Inside the Sims 4 CAS Demo folder is an Installer folder, or at least there should be one.  Please move that folder to the trash, clear the EA App's cache (again), and see whether you can download C&D.  If not, please run a new search for EP04 , just like the last one, and post it here or send it to me.
