Hi all
Purchased Cats & Dogs, says its installed but not showing. I've restarted my laptop, removed all mods and custom content, checked for repairs but still not showing. For the life of me, I cannot find the EA live help. Very frustrating. Can someone enlighten me?
Mynxy1972 Do you mean specifically that the EA App says Cats & Dogs is installed, but you see none of its content in-game? As a test, please start a new save and see whether you can create a pet or access Brindleton Bay.
If you still don't see any C&D-related content, please run a search for the pack on your computer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP04 in the search field in the upper-right corner. The search may take a while. When it's done, expand the window sideways so you can see the full path to each result (and you WILL have at least one result), use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and attach the screenshot to a reply here.
