Help! I can't find where to download
For Rent and Adventure Awaits are telling me that I neeed to download. These packs were a gift which I submitted a code for to get them. I don't remember seeing the download button for them when I entered code. I am not seeing anywhere that I can download them. My account name is DSimsmom.Sims 4 Business & activities WONT WORK
Hello, I have issue with this pack. The world wont load in and all i get is a pop up that i can go to lessons about this pack but then nothing happens, I do not have my content noire items as well. Ive done repair, unistall, i did that with my sims 4 i did that with the pack alone. im running out of ideas, i litterally bought another pack with the hope that it would fix this. but that also didnt happen.Please Help I'm Going round in circles here
I bought a couple of new add-ons in Sims 4 but they didn't show up in my game. I have lots of packs and ad ons so I downloaded them in exactly the same way as before, nothing new. I went through numerous processes from forums and you tube videos etc and got nowhere. In the end I uninstalled the game, EA and steam. I then reinstalled steam, downloaded the base game from Steam (where I originally got it) and reinstalled the EA App. It all looked promising and I went ahead and downloaded all my packs etc. Nothing but base game is showing up when I play. I can see all the folders for the ad ons like EP01. EP02 etc in Windows-Program Files-EA Games - The Sims 4- I do have an Electronic Arts folder here as well though, as you see below EA Games there is a folder Electronic Arts. I also have an eletronic arts folder in My Documents. I've literally wasted two days of my life trying to fix this and I've spent a fortune on packs and ad ons. I am experiencing a persistent issue with The Sims 4 expansion packs Seasons and Island Living, which are not functioning after download. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem including uninstalling and reinstalling the packs from the EA app library, repairing the game, and completely deleting and re-downloading all game files, the issue continues without any improvement. For the Island Living expansion pack, after the download is completed, the game only displays a message instructing me to restart and the world remains blurred and inaccessible. Additionally, these expansion packs do not appear in my purchase history, which prevents me from submitting a refund request through the normal process. The game also fails to launch under Windows 10 due to compatibility issues, forcing me to run it in Windows 8 compatibility mode, while all of my other 25 games function normally and only these two expansion packs are affected. I have already submitted multiple reports regarding this issue but have received no response or follow-up communication. At this point, my patience has been exhausted and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the level of support provided. I expect a clear and effective solution to resolve this issue immediately or a full refund for both expansion packs, and I request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.
Game broken after buying adventure awaits
After buying and installing adventure awaits my game stopped responding. It's freezing, closing off itself or makes all computer not responsive . This is going on for second day now. It's seems ok if I'm building in not played lot but doesn't let me actually play. Today my sims just freezing with reset code not working on them. I'm leaving picture on what I'm looking in my game. All npc moving ok but my stuck this way and not responding to anything. I don't use mods or cc.
Sims4 Game keeps kicking me out to EA app
I don't know what is going on, but when I play one of my Sims in Ravenwood at their home. The game pauses and then kicks me out to the EAn App. It happened last night while playing my Sims couple and I finally gave up. I tried it again with Sims couple in Ravenwood at their home trying to build something it would freeze up and then kicks me out to the EA ap. And it could be from latest update, And if I have too, I'll just start all over again.
royalty and legacy pack not showing up
SO, i bought the Royalty and legacy pack today, and in the EA app it says i've bought it as well. But when i launch the game, its no where to be seen. I've restarted the ea app, did the stuff with the cache, repaired the game and all my DLC, restarted my PC, Refreshed the EA app and everything. I bougvht it directly from the app too. (i've seen others have issues with game codes)Sims 4 worlds won't install
Hi I have had to install my Sims 4 games again, as I bought a new laptop (other one broke) My EA app says it has completed all the installments of my Sims 4 packs. But when I play the Sims 4 and go on to manage worlds, the worlds are clearly not installed and when I hover my mouse over them it says: "World not installed, when this pack has finished downloading, restart the Sims 4 to finish installing it" I have tried restarting multiple times, but with no luck Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Installed EPs missing
Thus Tuesday I put my laptop back into service after a couple of years of idleness. As expected, the Sims 4 needed updating, including content. Once all was again up to date, launched the game and discovered that the fairies EP, Adventure Awaits EP, and Dynasties EP were not showing up in game. On the EAapp side, everything owned is shown as installed but on the game side the 3 worlds are greyed out with the message, 'World not installed. When this pack has finished downloading start the Sims 4 to install it.' Tonight, the situation on the laptop was unchanged. Went to my desktop machine, which as of Monday had everything showing up in game and had been actively played in the worlds of those packs. Now the desktop shows the same missing games as the laptop. That something present Monday is gone Thursday is more than aggravating. What broke and what can be done to fix it? Repairing did nothing.
Missing some Expansion Packs from my list as well as Game Packs also Stuff Packs
I am missing a huge chunk of these that I purchased. I know I have all the stuff packs yet it is saying I'm missing four of them. It says I'm missing 2 of the Game Packs yet one came out in 2016 and I know I purchased it and the other one is the Dream Home Decorator that came out in 2021. I'm missing Life and Death, Love Struck, Business and Hobbies, For Rent, Cottage Living, Cats and Dogs, City Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Discover University, Get Together, Eco Lifestyle. I know I played with these packs, I've had vets, and the world that has green living on one side and University, I only haven't gotten the last two expansion packs as I haven't played in a while. I would like to get these back in my library. I refuse to buy them... again. Before it's suggested that I am simply logged into the wrong account, I am not. I've tried to find the orders and billing tab but there isn't one to be found. I have it set up through PayPal but I doubt their history goes that far back. I'm beyond annoyed.
