Game is borked
I am unable to play my game. I cannot build. If I download a house, then I can no longer play the game and have to use ctrl alt delete to get out of it. Since I bought a new computer I have had nothing but issues. Every time I come out of the game it tells me about deleted file. I need some help to sort this out please
No download possible expansion pack
I buyed the expansion pack go to work. I payed and I get a order receipt. When I go to Sims 4 and I am explorere world then he said that the new world first have to be download. I usually do that in the EA app. But I can't find my expansion pack. It's not in my library. The only possible way is to buy this pack again. But the money is already of my bank account. Can somebody help me how I can download this pack?
For rent pack downloaded but content absent.
I'm having issues with the For Rent pack. In my EA app it shows up as downloaded, owned and appears in my manage add-ons section. When I open the game, I see the pack in my owned content. When I actually start the game however, the content doesn't exist. I don't have the world, the cas items, or any of the build items. I've tried almost everything including downloading and reinstalling both the Sims and the EA app. Neither of which solved my problem. I am also unable to find the file anywhere in my computer which might be a skill issue but I'm not sure. Is this just something that permanent or is there a way to solve this? i tried all the trouble shooting things on google and my pack wont show up. i had recently switched pc's and my cats and dogs pack was downloaded before i had switched everything over and everything is saying it is download but when i go into the game i cant access it or it says i need to restart for it to work, any suggestions?Sims 4 DLC shows 'in-game content' in EA App but not owned in-game
Hi, I redeemed three Sims 4 DLCs using CD keys. In the EA App, they show up under “Manage Add-ons” as “in-game content,” but in the game they appear as “Not Owned” and cannot be used. I have already: – Reinstalled the base game – Cleared EA App cache – Changed install path and language – Confirmed I'm logged into the correct EA account – Waited over 24 hours for syncing The DLCs I activated are: – Macabre Mementos Digital Content – Lovestruck Heartbreak Happens Digital Content – Set Up Shop Digital Content Please help bind these properly to my account so they appear as owned and download correctly. Anytime I try to travel, build or move a sim into San Myushuno it freezes and crashes. I have tried new save files, I have removed all mods, all cc, no change. It still crashes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and none of these options work. What's the deal and why is this issue still happening 7 years after it was first reported?
