Pack is Gone
I just logged in to play and all of my saves are telling me they require the "Get to Work" pack and directing me to purchase it. But I already purchased this pack earlier this year and have played with it many times. Everything was fine when I played a week or so ago. I haven't changed anything. How do I get my pack back? I've already tried managing my add-ons (it's not there). I've also already tried repairing.
Infinite saving/loading screens
I originally started having this issue after the September update and saw other people were having the same issue and followed all the advice given. updated all mods removed all CC started a new save (with no CC) removed off-the-grid lot types switched back to DX9 Unfortunately, none of these worked so I decided to wait until the next patch and try again. After the October patch, I updated everything and it's still happening. Whether I'm loading/travelling with a family, exiting CAS, or saving when building on a community lot. I'm completely out of ideas of what I can do at this point; I have plenty of space on my PC and while loading can be slow sometimes, I know that's because I have quite a few packs and CC and I've never minded. But the infinite screens are getting too much, I can't play the game at all without running in to one and I end up losing any progress I've made. Really hoping someone can help or this bug can be lessened at least in the next update. 🤞
add ons not working
i have spent over 500 pounds on adding extra content to my sims 4 for over 6 years now. I opened up my laptop this morning to find that it says that i can’t play on any of my saved worlds as i didn’t have the packs required. I have tried everything but still no hope, i hope that i can somehow get them back without having to pay another 500 pound as i love the sims 4cant use expansion packs
hello hoping someone can help. ever since the update none of my expansion packs seem to be working. i can see they are there but comes up red message at the bottom about requirements and games updates. i have updated, uninstalled and started again. repair button also seems to always be showing no matter how many times i use it. also having issues with crashing. can anyone advise. i noticed missing content tooRedeem code isn't working
Hello! I don't know if this is the right place to ask, if not you can point me to right one. But I have a problem with Sims 4 Get to work expansion pack. You see I bought the physical copy on the market. Seller seemed like a collector and sold games second hand but copy was still in plastic and seemingly unused so I bought it. But when I tried to redeem code it says the code has already been used. My guesses are that someone used the code and after that the copy has been replasticed and sold again. I don't know if this spesific seller was behind that or did he get the copy somewhere else. Or maybe the code is faulty? So I was wondering is there something I or EA could do about it? Is there possibility to get a new code or something? I payed almost full price on that thing, it would be kinda bummer if I don't get what I payed for. I have both the copy and the code right here so just ask if you need something. Reaching out for the seller is sadly very hard since it was a market. They didn't do receipts and I don't have his contact info. So I thought to ask here as the last resort.
Single expansion pack is not working but others do
Hello, i have been having this problem for over two weeks now.. I bought new gaming PC and wanted to install my Sims 4 into it.. I have a lot of packs (stuff, game, expansion etc) i paid for every single one and every single one is working except ''Seasons''. I installed and uninstalled the game twice in hope it would fix it but nothing works.. Some of my packs are from Steam but Seasons inself are from EA.. I cannot click on anything if i wanna fix my content.. The only thing i can do on EA is ''Manage my add-ons'' and it does literally nothing.. It only shows how many i have and if i have them downloaded.. But in that list it says my Seasons are downloaded but when i launch the game it is not there.. It is my favourite pack and for my luck it does not work.. I really need help because i am desperate here.
