What happens when the bug occurs? I try to redeem a code for Cats&Dogs and origin keeps telling me that the code is already redeemed.

So I bought a Cats&Dogs key from G2A a couple of hours ago and my origin account keeps telling me that the key is already redeemed but I don't think that it is because of G2A cus I bought sims 4 too from G2A and it works so what should I do to make my expansion pack work. I am 100% sure that I haven't typed it wrong or something like that and that's the first time when origin does that (for me) and it's so annoying. Please help me ☹️
@YumikoTheWeeaboo You need to contact the vendor you purchased the code from. If the game code does not work it is up to the third party vendor to correct the situation. Once a code is entered and accepted by the EA system that code is locked to the account it was entered in.
