CC is not working in CAS

Okay, so you heard this before but I really need help, my cc isn't working. I have looked on this website and tried most of the answer people have provided, and none of them have worked. I've:

Cleared out my mods folder.

Made sure my Resource.cfg was in the mods folder.

Made sure mods were enabled in sims 4.

Unzipped any zips.

Made sure all the cc had .package at the end.

Put my mods into a one drive sims 4 folder.

I have no idea what to do so someone can help! I can do anything to help, and I will be responding as fast as I can.
