CC/Mods causing furniture to disappear and I can't place lots or furniture

(First of all I tried to ask this question before but I don't think it went through but sorry if it did haha) Ok so ever since get famous patch came out whenever I try and play with CC if I leave my lot to let's say have my sim go to the bar or when I leave the game all together all the furniture in the house disappears and if I try and place a lot down I get a MC Command Center last exception error or if I try and place furniture I get one of those little red boxes saying something along the lines of furniture cannot be placed here. I went into the last exception files and deleted all the mods that were in there and I am still having the same issue. I've tried playing with CC and script mods disabled and I didn't have an issue but before I closed the game I enabled them and it deleted the furniture while the game was closing so I know its an issue with my mods. I have a bunch of mods and cc so sorting through it all would be a pain so that's my last resort. I waited the new updates and such thinking it might just be a bug thats seemingly exclusive to me but I'm still having it. If you guys don't handle CC related problems then I apologize but any help would be appreciated❤️.
