CC/Mods causing furniture to disappear and I can't place lots or furniture

After romoving your mods folder to desktop you need delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix the game in Origin.
After this check your mods and CC by pasting them in new mods folder one by one.
Here is similar problem . I think that this furniture are not working anymore.
