What happens when the bug occurs? There are no trees or bushes on the lot, nor in the neighborhood or on other lots in the neighborhood
What do you expect to see? Trees and bushes like before
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I wouldn't know how to repair a game, and I removed the cc before downloading the patch. But I restarted the game and everything was back to normal, so it's already solved.
