Celebrity Home Lot Trait removes itself if vacant

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Apply a Celebrity Home lot trait to a vacant home, preferably placed in a world that's not Del Sol Valley, and load a different household
What happens when the bug occurs? the Celebrity Home lot trait from the vacant home removes itself
What do you expect to see? the Celebrity Home lot trait to stay on all homes that have the trait
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I noticed this happening after I downloaded a residential lot from the Gallery and placed it in Newcrest; the home was originally uploaded with the lot trait and I did not edit it whatsoever nor did I move anyone into the home. When I played other households and returned to the Newcrest map after, the home showed that the Celebrity Home lot trait was removed from the house. I found it odd so I went into Build Mode on the home and reapplied the lot trait and saved. I played another household somewhere else and upon returning to my save, I noticed the same home had the lot trait missing yet again, so I'm lead to believe that the trait doesn't want to stay put for some reason. What I don't understand is that there's a mansion in Del Sol Valley that's initially vacant yet still maintains their Celebrity Home lot trait, while this one that's in Newcrest doesn't? Sounds buggy to me.
