cell phone sims 4
How or where does a Sim get the cell phone in the Sims 4? It is not in inventory, it can't be purchased, and using a phone is not an option when I click on the sim. I even checked the Prima Guide, and it tells you when to use the phone, but doesn't say anything about where to get it.
