Cheat console not showing up

My cheat console won't show up no matter what combination of keys I use. I'm not using any CC or Mods in my game currently and everything else about my PC is the same as it's always been. But for whatever reason now my cheat console isn't showing up no matter which key combinations I try. I haven't played in a few weeks so I'm not sure if this was caused by an update or something else, but when I last played around a month ago I didn't have this issue.

The same issue is happening to me as well. I have tried removing my CC, and creating a new sims file. The issue still is the same. I am currently uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that works. If it doesn't I probably wont play for quite some time.

I was able to fix mine! If you still need a solution you can try what I did.

If your PC uses AMD software, open the AMD program and under settings you'll find "hotkeys". Make sure that none of the key combinations you use to open the sims cheat bar are in use by the AMD software. If they are, just delete or change the bind by clicking on it and using your keyboard.

I didn't try this sooner because like I said, I haven't messed with any of my PC settings so everything should have been the same. But I guess it updated or reset without my knowledge lol.
